The process engineer is responsible for developing basic and detailed design of process activities and is also responsible for definition of process start-up and rest-run phases. During process design we prioritise operational aspects, safety, hygiene and protection of the environment.
Project Engineering
The project engineer coordinates engineering activity, dealing with relationships between the various professional groups, maintains contacts with clients, carries out technical activity and checks that design complies with contract requirements and provides assistance for the site team during construction and start-up.
Engineering
The engineering includes all technical disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Instrument & Automation, Machinery, Static Equipment, Piping). Their task is to develop basic and detailed design of process equipment, packages and plant design.
Project Control
Monitor project cost and progress in order to detect on time deviations from budget and project schedule, inform project management and suggest corrective actions in case any adverse trend is detected.
Purchasing & Subcontracting
Develop the procurement campaign to purchase, test and delivery on time all equipment and materials. Subcontracting prepare the Contracts for the execution of construction works and select the contractors.
Construction & Commissioning
The construction manages the construction and erection works carried out by employed Construction Contractors, ensuring that the safety, quality, time, cost, and environmental protection requirements of the construction activities are met. Commissioning manages commissioning and start up phases of plants in compliance with Contracts conditions.
Environmental Services
Environmental Engineer design waste water treatment plants and soil remediation activities and offer consultancy services such as Environmental risk analysis and Environmental impact studies.
