The interview, mainly intended for candidates with experience, conducted jointly between the function head and Human Resources function is aimed to assessing the professional experience, technical knowledge, personal attitudes, motivation, and potential relevant to the job profile requested.

Assessment center is a methodology mainly addressed to newly graduated people and is aimed to assess capabilities and personal attitudes being a key driver to assign them to the professional area which best fit to their academic background, brief professional experiences, if any, talent.
