The training programs support the people in the different stages of career and are tailored to meet professional needs, ensuring a balance between class and "on the job" training. The "newcomers" are involved at once in a project team and, properly supported by experienced colleagues, play an active role in the project activities. The training process is completed through visits or brief assignments on-site for in-depth study or consolidation of theoretical knowledge acquired during training.

 

The training process is mainly developed through three training courses related to different professional stages:

Induction Programme
The Induction Program is designed to make known “newcomers” of Company, market, product and above all operational processes, organization and the interdependencies between different company’s functions during the development phases of a project. It reserved special emphasis to aspects linked to safety and quality, both during the design phase and also on site. In addition, “newcomers” benefit of Technical Training, conducted by experienced colleagues, in order to acquire the skills of their specific role and to grow within its functional area.
Professional Updating
Professional updating represents an essential factor for people development and growth. We provide advanced internal and external courses on topics related to the job and applicable laws. In addition, we offer English language courses, our working language. Moreover, frequent seminars and conferences, both in Italy and internationally, give to the people the opportunity of continuously facing with market trends.
Managerial training
The Managerial Training, focused on “key people” provides programs aimed to strengthen technical and managerial skills of our people, in consideration with our culture. Topics cover the development of personal capabilities such as leadership, organisational complexity management, staff management, communication,  technical and economic knowledge necessary to manage complexity in terms of players (customers, suppliers, partners), markets (meant as geographic areas, technological products) and international contractual agreement (Cooperation Agreements, Partnership, Join Ventures and Project Financing).
