- a technology supplier for some important processes in the refining industry : Hydrogen by Steam Reforming of Hydrocarbons, Solvent Deasphalting, Delayed Coking.
- a world class designer and supplier of process heaters and waste heat recovery boilers, serving refinery, petrochemical and power industry
Foster Wheeler Italiana is also active in the Italian BOO (Build, Own and Operate) market, prevailingly in the power generation and waste to energy sector, where it holds participations in or directly controls several power production initiatives. In all such cases Foster Wheeler Italiana has developed the project and built the facilities.
